Blog Updates

Just to say that there have been a lot of updates on Cosmic Understanding, one of the children of this blog. There, we deal with religious scriptures and new revelations, whereas here we are a bit more sociological and philosophical. I have also had some amazingly psychedelic dreams recently, with science-fiction themes- and they will be posted along with the others at Dreams I've Dreampt. Meanwhile, stories of my local walks and adventures in finding better headphones can be found over at Perfect Futures. A Day in the Life gets some new pictures of my travels every now and then and Moments of Infinity has some too, yet here they are being illustrated with material from Cosmic Understanding. All of these are listed in the sidebar... sorry to not be linking here but it's a bit of a pain to do that.

In some ways it's ridiculous having so many blogs, not to mention photo galleries, but the issue of dealing with so many different themes, not to mention that having a different 'voice' makes it neccessary, I feel. One of my main fears is also that some time I might write something which could affect my job- since this blog is insulated from the others, there is less chance of being considered crazy or something. Having said that, having been there for over a year, it is likely that people there know me better and are less likely to be shocked by an unusual view or something. In fact, I am starting to open up there more with the other teachers, something I am always cautious of in the context of the often dog-eat-dog nature of the workplace (any workplace, not sure why, but that's how it can be). But it may feel good to open up a bit more, especially with my friends there.

I also want to insulate daily stuff from religious/philosophical stuff, which isn't to say they aren't related, but there you go. Especially in the case of Cosmic Understanding, which is seen as the birthing-grounds of a new set of religious scriptures. Do I have delusions of grandure? Maybe so, but at least they keep me busy! Perhaps more stuff will make it here, certainly the dreams, which aren't much of a blog on their own... let us see. I could even integrate the entire Starfire Network here, just have it all together with appropriate labels. Then, I could just tell the people I want to about this place's existance, for the total Starfire fix!
